Are you ready for fall? Hearth and hand launched their new, fall line on July 31st and it is so good. My local Target is slowly rolling out the collection in stores, and the more I see the more I love. I’ve noticed a few familiar pieces from last year, and lots of new items that I’ve got my eye on.
